We don't consider ourselves the kind of people to have "designer" anything. But cat boxes are not glamorous in anyway and we have three. The first two are cleverly hidden in a closet with a cat door. About four months ago when we found Cleo we had to add a third. It lived in the guest bath, except when we had a guest and then it lived in the sewing room. When we had Cleo fixed and she got to wear that fabulous collar, Pepito started to spray in the bathroom where we kept box number three. I had been eyeing a cat box holder for a while and the spraying was the final blow. Mr. Bird was kind enough to put it together and take some pictures to show you. He even had help!

A designer cat box! |
It is a hit with the feline contingent. It also fits well under the window as a perch. It's deeper than a bench which is what we thought it would look like. It's more like a toy box. But all the same, it hides the box and odor well and the openings are big enough for our large tabby Pepito to get through easily. It certainly wasn't cheap but we are very happy with it. You can find the designer cat box
here.
WOW! That is so cool!
ReplyDeleteWow, Bob and Abby would love that, and so would their maid!! The step-by-step photos are great, and I'm so glad the kitties helped!
ReplyDeleteHaha! Great play by play and such a nice box! So glad you shared!
ReplyDeleteThis has been such a great addition. At first we were not confident all the cats would use it, but I'm relieved to report it is well used!
